We’ve had a few patients reach out after seeing a recent announcement regarding Kelli Cook, NP, beginning an additional role within the OakLeaf Medical Network.
We wanted to take a moment to clear up any confusion and share some good news:
Kelli is not leaving Revitalizing Health & Hormones.
Kelli remains an important part of the RHH provider team and will continue seeing and caring for patients at our clinic.
Her additional work in wound care is an opportunity for her to continue expanding her clinical experience while maintaining her role and patient relationships here at RHH. We are excited to support the continued professional growth of our providers and the additional expertise they bring back to the patients we serve.
If you are currently established with Kelli, there is no need to make any changes to your care. You can continue scheduling with her at Revitalizing Health & Hormones as usual.
